Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a Human Resources Generalist role within our team. This position will support the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through training, offboarding, and more.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in HR support or coordination and thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities. A strong understanding of HR processes and procedures is essential for success in this role.

This role requires the ability to work closely with the HR team and stakeholders across the firm, ensuring timely, efficient, and people-focused HR processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate and timely support across HR administration, reporting, and internal communications
  2. Assisting with end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, interview coordination, initial screening, and candidate communication
  3. Managing onboarding processes and supporting induction and probation review workflows
  4. Maintaining accurate employee records and documents using our HRIS system
  5. Coordinating staff training and learning & development tracking
  6. Supporting employee engagement initiatives, including recognition and reward programs
  7. Preparing reports and assisting with board documentation
  8. Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • 1–3 years' experience in a generalist HR, recruitment, or HR admin role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Relevant qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (desired but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience supporting recruitment activities is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks with a focus on service and continuous improvement
