Job Description">

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing Human Resources (HR) support across a multi-disciplined construction environment. You will work closely with the HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR processes and drive HR initiatives that align with company procedures and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of relevant legislation, awards, and standards, as well as a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Previous experience as an HR generalist supporting a major construction or heavy industry project is also essential.
