Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of HR strategies, building strong relationships with leaders and team members across the business, and driving employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with leaders and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver learning & development strategies and programs, including identifying learning needs and facilitating training for corporate and field team members.
  • HR Support: Assist with employment relations, engagement activities, recruitment, workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent education preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
  • Previous experience in an L&D role highly desirable.
  • Multi-site experience highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, industry standards, and HR best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills, consultative abilities, and generalist-based business acumen.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with own initiative, and demonstrates focus on multiple projects and objectives simultaneously.
