Graduate Risk Officer Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to develop skills and knowledge in risk management while contributing to high-impact projects and initiatives that shape and connect our community.

As a Graduate Risk Officer, you will rotate across four key teams: Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Business Continuity & Resilience and Complaints & Information Access. You will gain real-world experience in critical functions including crisis management, administrative complaints, right to information and enterprise-wide risks.

This is a people-focused, purpose-driven role requiring a curious and collaborative mindset. You will bring your fresh thinking and insights from university to support our high-performing team, while we back you with mentorship, development and exposure to career pathways.

To succeed in this role, you must be willing to embrace new challenges, learn new skills and adapt quickly. You should also possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and be able to convey ideas clearly, listen attentively and collaborate effectively.

Key Requirements
  • A recognised bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification from a tertiary institution completed within the last two years or currently completing.
  • Full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program.
  • Ability to work full-time.

The ideal candidate has studied Bachelor of Business majoring in Risk Management Governance or Management Public Administration Emergency Management Criminology or Justice and legal related fields.
