We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Graduate Engagement Officer. As a key member of our stakeholder engagement team, you will play a vital role in connecting the City with the people it serves.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are eager to progress quickly and make an impact. Our 12-month immersive graduate program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to excel in your chosen career.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects and initiatives that help shape and connect our City. Working alongside industry leaders, you will be part of a dynamic and purpose-driven team leading community and stakeholder engagement across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of communication and engagement strategies for key City initiatives.
  • Provide advice and support to stakeholders on engagement campaigns and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in planning and executing engagement campaigns to promote inclusive, transparent, and impactful decision-making.

Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a recognised bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification from a tertiary institution, completed within the last two years or be completing prior to the commencement of the program.

You must also have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program and be able to work full-time.
