Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sourcing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering impactful procurement outcomes, supporting complex categories, navigating enterprise financial systems, and helping shape sourcing success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Market analysis and research
  • Assisting with tenders, evaluations, and negotiations
  • Building on your communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sourcing and procurement project experience
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Presentation opportunities and developing leadership abilities
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a recognized bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification from a tertiary institution, completed within the last two years. You must also have full working rights in Australia for the duration of the program and be able to work full-time.
