The Role:
We are seeking a marketing professional to join our team. This role will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that reach customers across all interaction points such as digital, social, email, physical, and other communication channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of omnichannel marketing strategies that align with business goals while developing cross-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and introduce standardized workflows and best practices to streamline marketing efforts across all channels.
- Analyze customer behavior and data to identify key touchpoints and gaps in the customer journey and work with teams to design personalized, seamless experiences for customers across all platforms.
- Develop consistent and effective messaging across a variety of channels including email, social media, web, mobile apps, and catalogues while leveraging the strengths of each channel to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Utilize analytics and performance data to monitor campaign success, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices for conversion optimization.
- Provide insights into competitive strategies and recommend innovative marketing solutions.
About You
To be successful you will have:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Business combined with at least five years' experience in developing omnichannel marketing strategies within a large, complex business.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across a variety of digital and offline channels, including paid media, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and catalogues.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data analytics.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing technologies.
- Ability to look at current technology/systems and adapt strategy to suit current functionality.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Ability to critically evaluate situations and make informed decisions in an autonomous fashion.
- Ability to use your initiative and think 'outside the box' for creative solutions.
