Job Description:

As a retail sales consultant, you will experience a diverse role that involves developing trusted relationships with customers, providing advice, and offering a consultative approach to service. Your primary goal is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us while achieving the team's sales targets.

Reporting to the store manager, your day-to-day work includes generating sales, ensuring success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting efficient follow-ups with customers, some day-to-day administration tasks, and maintaining the overall look for the store.

Our ideal candidate should bring positivity and energy to the team, be motivated to succeed, and constantly develop their industry knowledge so they can be true experts in their field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Merchandising experience

- Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving

- Good rapport-building and influencing skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Technology savvy and administrative skills
