Facilities Management Professional
Description:We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Management Professional to join our team who excels in delivering exceptional services within the fit-out and refurbishment market, specifically for medical and healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial or retail refurbishments, sound knowledge of the construction market, and excellent people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries to ensure timely project completion
- Liaising with clients to ensure successful project delivery on schedule
- Managing the construction program, reporting to the Project Manager
- Liaising with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
- Maintaining Occupational Health and Safety compliance on site, including conducting site inductions
- Trade background preferred
- Client-focused approach
- Highly skilled in Occupational Health and Safety
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
