Facilities Management Professional

The Facilities Manager will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of School buildings, grounds and landscaping, creating a safe and efficient environment for staff and students.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the School's facilities to ensure they are clean, well-maintained and functional.
- Lead a team and coordinate external contractors and tradespeople.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance and sustainability in all aspects of facility management.
- Proven experience and qualifications in facilities management.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and professional, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.
