Transformative Project Lead
">- As a high-impact project lead, you will drive the execution of large-scale projects for gas turbines, steam turbines, or compressors. Your key responsibility will be to complete projects within the required quality framework (time, budget, functionalities) while ensuring success in terms of EH&S, quality, economic results, and customer satisfaction.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects, driving high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Ensure all outages and works are completed with zero harm and following Siemens Energy EHS standards.
- You will be fully responsible for the technical and commercial success of the project, collaborating closely with global factories and international counterparts.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality management standards.
- Act as an entrepreneur on the level of decision-making during all the project phases.
- A degree in engineering, project management, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering or project management roles.
- Experience with rotating equipment is preferred.
- Collaborated effectively in teams, showing assertiveness and motivating others with customer focus and strong decision-making.
- Proven experience working in and leading project teams.
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
- Project Management certification is advantageous.
