About the Role

You'll play a crucial part in our branch teams, assisting customers with their equipment needs.

  • Coordinate daily operations – equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns.
  • Contribute to achieving team goals – customer loyalty, sales revenue, safety.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks – generate hire schedules, invoicing etc.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

- Utilize your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
