Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Regional Planning Coordinator to join our planning team at Volvo Trucks based in Brisbane, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers first hand, assisting with the planning of maintenance and repairs.
  • Work closely with our Workshop team providing them with relevant and accurate information, ensuring the customers' expectations are always managed.
  • Manage bookings for courtesy cars, collection & Plan and manage all truck monitoring cases with customer, relevant dealer and RTM / SDM delivery and waiting.
  • Ensure that all active campaigns are allocated to the repair order
Requirements:
  • Customer service skills with ability to liaise and communicate to customers
  • Strong background in administration or customer focused role
  • Ability to work either part of a team or on own building a strong rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
