Technical Support Specialist

  • Solving complex IT issues is just one part of this role. You'll also ensure our team members have the tools they need to succeed.

This hybrid role is based in Brisbane, where you'll deliver exceptional IT support across various channels and manage help desk requests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and related services like Azure, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Assisting with IT infrastructure and networking, including hardware configuration and deployment.
  • Rolling out new software and systems to enhance workflows.
  • Collaborating with senior IT members and other teams to improve processes and security.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across various IT technologies.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Intune and Conditional Access Policies.
  • A solid understanding of core networking principles such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation, energy, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
