Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and events strategy across multiple venues to drive commercial growth and excellence.
  • Grow revenue through corporate, community, and accommodation sales, and oversee end-to-end event delivery.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, and deliver commercial insights, budgets, and performance reporting.
  • Lead a high-performing sales & events team, and work collaboratively with Operations, Marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • A leader with 5+ years of experience in sales & event leadership, managing multi-site operations, and achieving revenue success.
  • Someone with outstanding client engagement, stakeholder skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Location:

  • This role is based onsite in Hurstville with regular travel to the Blue Mountains.
