At the forefront of our brand-new venue, we are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead event management and drive team success.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 professionals, fostering growth and achievement through guidance and support.
  • Craft a seamless experience by overseeing enquiry management, transforming leads into memorable events.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and F&B teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement consistent processes and standards across our events team and venues, driving operational excellence.
  • Equilibrate oversight and hands-on involvement, particularly as we launch our new venue.

About You:

  • Possess proven experience in event management, preferably within the Club industry.
  • Excel in mentoring and developing people, prioritizing coaching for success.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, streamlining processes and ensuring consistency.
  • Motivated by enquiry conversion and guest satisfaction, rather than pure sales focus.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach.
