We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Unit Manager to lead our nursing team in the Operating Theatre and Central Sterilising Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real impact in providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate the nursing team, promoting effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor and manage the business functions and processes of the ward or unit, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Demonstrate broad nursing experience and knowledge, with a focus on patient-centred care.
- Understand and accept that patients are the central focus of service delivery, advocating for their needs and interests.
- Demonstrate professional integrity, ethical conduct, accountability, and advocacy for others.
