
Strategic Business Growth Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for spearheading new business growth and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across key B2B sectors
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic clients
- Lead solution-focused conversations that align client needs with our capabilities
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and track performance against targets
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (print, signage, Fleet, or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities
- Self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Understanding of production workflows and client service in a manufacturing environment
