Drive Business Growth

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for spearheading new business growth and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across key B2B sectors
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic clients
  • Lead solution-focused conversations that align client needs with our capabilities
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and track performance against targets
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (print, signage, Fleet, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities
  • Self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Understanding of production workflows and client service in a manufacturing environment
