About the Role
Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity to join a growing team of professionals providing an independent external reporting channel. As a Whistleblower Call Taker, you will be working as part of a call taking response team providing a safe environment for client employees to report serious misconduct. You will also provide support to the larger forensic team as required.
The role involves answering calls from clients and their customers, ensuring all relevant information is obtained and developing written reports in accordance with quality standards. You will work closely with the call management system to ensure all process steps are followed across the Whistleblower call lifecycle.
You will be responsible for first level quality checks of Whistleblower disclosure reports, understanding and grasping new concepts and processes, and adhering to guidelines, policies, and processes. Client contact and support in the day-to-day operation of the service will also be a key aspect of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Psychology, Business Management, Accounting, Commerce or Law.
- A sound working knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of confidentiality and independence issues.
- Experience working with customers, and/or in a role which required strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to think on your feet.
