Job Overview

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to support ongoing project delivery and future growth. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in full contract administration across major subcontract packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare scopes, tender, and let trades, negotiate and finalise agreements
  • Track budgets, manage cost reports, and payment schedules
  • Administer progress claims, variations, and subcontractor payments
  • Liaise with site teams, consultants, and client representatives
  • Maintain contract documentation and compliance with obligations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Experience across at least 2–3 industrial projects valued $5M+
  • Strong understanding of contract delivery
  • Familiar with construction management software
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
