Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Brisbane.

  • Administer head contracts and subcontractor packages
  • Lead procurement planning and subcontractor letting
  • Manage variations, claims, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist in financial reporting and project reviews

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Site and Design teams to ensure cost control, contract compliance, and smooth commercial administration.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a critical role in the lifecycle of our major mixed-use projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract administration: You will be responsible for administering head contracts and subcontractor packages, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Procurement planning: You will lead procurement planning and subcontractor letting, managing the selection and appointment of subcontractors.
  • Variations and claims management: You will manage variations, claims, forecasting, and cost tracking, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and agreed upon by relevant parties.
  • Liaison and coordination: You will liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial reporting: You will assist in financial reporting and project reviews, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction management, law, or business
  • Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in a senior role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
