Leadership Role: Telesales Team Leader

The Property Education Department is seeking a results-driven Team Leader to lead a team and grow capability.

This individual will be responsible for driving results of their team, ensuring that we meet/exceed our sales targets, mentoring, training, and analysing team performance.

  • Coaching, mentoring, and performance managing a telesales team.
  • Monitoring compliance and ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.
  • Analysing call quality and team data to provide continuous feedback and strategic direction.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to optimise client experience and lead conversion.
  • Driving recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Managing team calendars, lead allocation, and reporting tools to maximise productivity.
  • Creating fun, results-driven incentives that support team morale and output.
  • Preparing payment workbooks and delivering department updates to senior leadership.

About You:

  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, coach, and drive a telesales team.
  • At least 3 years of experience in telesales management, preferably leading large teams or navigating fast-paced, remote setups.
  • Confidence with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Aircall.
  • Ability to dive into data to uncover performance insights or process improvements.
  • Understanding of financial services or similar regulated environments and the importance of compliance.
  • Big thinker with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proactive, strategic, and able to strike the right balance between discipline and fun.
  • Able to build a positive team culture, drive accountability, and create a workplace people genuinely enjoy showing up to.
