Job Title: Fleet Vehicle Project Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will work closely with the Armoured Vehicle team to deliver service improvements and capabilities for Civilian Armoured Vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of communication plans to ensure clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs and project plans to support the successful implementation of project initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
- Vehicle fleet management experience essential.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in creating infographics and other visual aids.
- Experience in change management practices and principles.
Security Clearance: This is a security designated position and specified Personnel will be required to hold a current Australian Government Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance prior to commencement.
