Electrical Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical projects within their portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the Fire Protection industry. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing tenders, submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with delegation of authority guidelines.
  • Interpreting building plans, regulations, and codes of practice to direct project progress.
  • Providing monthly reports on project costs, performance, and margins.
  • Resolving contract value discrepancies and ensuring compliance with PMO processes.
  • Conducting site visits to review project progression, resolve issues, and update construction programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum two years of experience in project management (project management qualification preferred).
  • Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective multitasking skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Capability to thrive in high-stress situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR) or working rights.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a competitive salary package.
