Electrical Project Manager Position in Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As an Operations Manager with our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large construction teams of Project Managers who deliver projects from inception to completion.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and budgeting projects, as well as collaborating with the estimating team and stakeholders to achieve project goals. You will have a proven track record of leading and managing construction professionals on high-profile projects effectively.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading electrical contractor on major projects across the country. You will have the chance to oversee the delivery of some of Australia's finest up-and-coming projects and transition into a General Manager role further down the line.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborating with the estimating team to plan and coordinate projects
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently

Requirements for the role include:

  • Proven experience in electrical construction, preferably in an Operations or Construction Management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction professionals on high-profile projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite

The estimated salary for this role is AU$220,000 - AU$250,000 per annum, plus superannuation, car allowance, and bonus. This is a competitive remuneration package that offers excellent career growth opportunities and a chance to work on some of the largest projects in Australia.
