">Job Description:
  • Together with our team, you will be working in partnership with customers to deliver outstanding service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Located at Townsville Airport, you will be the face of our organization and play a key role in ensuring that every interaction with our customers is memorable and positive.
  • This is a permanent part-time opportunity working a 7-day rotational shift roster, which means you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while still being an integral part of our team.

 

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers as they arrive at the airport
  • Board and disembark flights in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist special needs customers and provide support where needed
  • Marshal aircraft on the ground
  • Problem-solve and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Care for unaccompanied minors and provide information to customers

 

">Requirements:
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotational shift roster covering a 24/7 operation
  • Recent experience in face-to-face customer service within the hospitality, tourism, or other customer-focused industries
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive 'can do' attitude
  • Proven ability to manage and diffuse difficult situations
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to follow through to resolution
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced operational environment
  • Unrestricted Driver's License
