Role Summary:

We are seeking a Banking Consultant to join our team in Stud Park Shopping Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting their end-to-end financial needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and strong advocates for the bank.
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in shaping a world where people and communities thrive. You will be based mainly in branches, providing customers with a seamless banking experience through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
