Job Overview:

E&I Commissioning Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage commissioning permits to ensure documentation is completed, signed off, and updated in the Completions Management System.
  2. Attend and support walkdowns, facilitating milestone handovers and coaching site personnel on commissioning activities.
  3. Review and provide input to CCLBD development and commissioning workpacks, assisting developers based on site needs.
  4. Assist with site resource mobilization/demobilization and provide input to commissioning schedules to meet project timelines.
  5. Supervise commissioning activities, including daily pre-start meetings, witnessing sign-offs, and supporting vendors, contractors, and IC technicians.
  6. Liaise with Operations and Construction teams to execute commissioning safely and effectively.
  7. Provide technical support for fault finding, troubleshooting, and ensuring test equipment availability and compliance.
  8. Contribute to regular commissioning reports and audit construction teams for equipment preservation compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess electrical licensure, a proven background working in EPC or engineering consultancy environments, and knowledge of electrical, instrument, and process systems.

They will also exhibit strong interpersonal skills for managing and interfacing with personnel, as well as a commitment to HSE and process safety risks within a live hydrocarbon facility.
