Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

  • You will be responsible for supervising tradespeople and apprentices in electrical and communications disciplines.
  • Conduct site safety checks and complete Job Hazard Assessment (JHA), Job Safety Assessment (JSA) and Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) when required.
  • Support project planning by preparing projects for electrical and communications work, as well as planning and executing broader works.
  • Liaise with project managers and operations about project timelines, equipment and infrastructure drawing availability and FAT schedule to understand progress and possible holdups.
  • Assist project managers with the planning and procurement of consumables for their projects.
  • Supervise electrical projects within the Pilbara region.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as an electrical supervisor.
  • Trade Certified Electrician with a current State Electrical Licence.
  • Current Australian Drivers' Licence.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Prior electrical experience working with Solar, Direct Current, Battery Backup systems and Telecommunications power supplies - desirable.
  • Experience with Electrical Drawings and design.
  • Excellent safety knowledge with a commitment to safe working practices.
  • Electric Shock Investigation training.
  • WAIO Arc Flash Hazard and PPE Theory Assessment training.
  • WAIO Safe Work on Low Voltage Theory Assessment training.
