Job Title: Electrical Supervisor NPI

We are seeking an experienced and motivated qualified Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical and refrigeration team for Infrastructure Services. This permanent full-time position will consist of ensuring work management is performed safely, effectively and in a timely manner.

About the Role
  • Deliver Shift Targets.
  • Ensure that Contractors within your scope of work meet contractual agreements including KPIs set regarding quality levels and safety requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary statutory testing maintenance inspections and audits of the sites and related facilities are completed within regulatory time frames.
  • Ensure all maintenance plans are completed and work is carried out in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure sufficient stocks are maintained and resources on site to service site requirements.
  • Provide advice to Superintendent and Manager Mine Services on proposed works required at our sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the electrical and refrigeration team.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets and associated costs.
