Electrical Team Lead Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading civil and electrical construction business as we continue to grow our capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of up to 4 people on electrical projects, ensuring efficient project delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work independently to complete tasks, using your expertise to drive projects forward.
  • Install, test, and commission electrical systems, maintaining a high level of safety and workmanship at all times.

Requirements:

  • Educated to year 10 or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical knowledge.
  • Australian Electrical License, ensuring you are qualified to lead electrical projects.
  • White Card, CPR, LVR & First Aid Certification, highlighting your commitment to safety and wellbeing.
  • Proven experience as a leading hand, with a track record of success in electrical projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in electrical switchboard installation, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics, driving project delivery and minimizing errors.
  • Experience in cable hauling and installation, with a focus on safe and efficient practices.
