Lead Generation Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled digital marketer to drive our performance marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a creative thinker who can balance brand storytelling with performance marketing, while delivering results through high-impact campaigns.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Ads and Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-platform ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google (Search & Display).
  • Ad Creative Development: Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives tailored for different audience segments and brands.
  • Performance Monitoring and Budget Management: Monitor performance, budgets, and bids to maximise ROI, using audience targeting and retargeting techniques.
  • Ad Funnel Optimisation: Build and refine high-converting ad funnels to nurture leads through the sales journey.
  • Research and Trial New Channels: Research and trial innovative lead generation channels, including AI-powered solutions.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting: Audit and refine Google Analytics and paid ad platform setup to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Weekly Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly performance reviews, tracking ad spend and identifying key trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyse data to refine plans and ensure continuous A/B testing and iterative improvements.
  • Landing Page Optimisation: Optimise landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segmentation for maximum impact.
  • Automated Email Flows: Design, implement, and test automated email flows using HubSpot.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing to refine ad copy, bid strategies, and user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns while optimising performance and budgets.
  • Creative thinker who can balance brand storytelling with performance marketing.
  • A solid track record in creating and running lead generation campaigns, with experience collaborating with various teams to make it happen.

HubSpot experience is highly desirable, but we're open to candidates with experience in similar CRM systems.
