
Senior Utility Scale Solar Business Development Executive

This role will lead the sales process from proposal to successful deal closure, engaging with clients to build strong relationships in the utility industry. The candidate will conduct market research and data analysis to identify growth areas, emerging opportunities, and key customer segments.
- Develop strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and grow market presence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with product capabilities and customer needs.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the solar industry. They should demonstrate success in securing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the utility sector.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of ground-mounted solar technologies, including fixed tilt and tracking systems.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
Travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
