Electrical Designer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Designer to support our renewable energy and utility sectors, focusing on large-scale solar projects and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

This role involves supporting electrical design for power delivery systems in renewable energy projects ranging from 100 kW to over 1,000 MW, and BESS installations from 5 MWh to 1,000+ MWh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical design principles and a passion for contributing to the advancement of clean energy infrastructure.

Candidates will collaborate closely with lead engineers to execute design and performance simulations for renewable energy and energy storage projects, generating high-quality deliverables based on multiple design inputs.

  • Prepare complete drawing packages for large-scale BESS and photovoltaic layouts.
  • Utilize various engineering and power system software tools such as PSCAD, AutoCAD, PVSyst, and PVCase.
  • Collaborate closely with lead engineers to execute design and performance simulations for renewable energy and energy storage projects.
  • Apply practical engineering and construction knowledge across battery storage, solar, and alternative energy technologies.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
