We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 4+ years experience to join our specialist Commercial Real Estate team. The role will involve working with major listed and unlisted property funds, federal state and local government, offshore investors, multinational technology companies, major banks, large not-for-profits, high net worth families and private investors on various transactions and projects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on significant capital transactions, due diligence, leasing, development agreements and 'off the plan' developments for commercial and residential developments. They will also be involved in cross-border transactions, working closely with interstate offices and international partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years PAE
  • Strong transactional commercial real estate experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
