Full Stack Software Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to fill a critical role in our engineering team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal part in developing cutting-edge AI and software projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on multiple projects to enhance large language model (LLM) performance on code tasks.
  • Lead the delivery of AI agent use cases, including coding copilots and creative assistants.
  • Evaluate and review model-generated code for accuracy, maintainability, and performance.
  • Analyze and provide structured rationales for code quality and rankings.
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify edge cases and improve model behavior.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Must have worked at a top 50 tech company for a minimum of 1 year if US-based or 2 years elsewhere.
  • Experience as a software engineer, not data scientist, in these companies.
  • Proven expertise in full-stack development, including building production-ready applications, software architecture, design, debugging, code quality, and peer review practices.
  • Citizen or valid work permit holder in the country of residence.
Nice to Have:
  • Degree from a top global university.
  • Exposure to modern cloud-native and scalable architectures.
