You must be located in Sydney and be comfortable with travelling to Parramatta 3 days a week.
About the role
On going cloud project for a large Government client implementing several SaaS and PaaS offerings. You will work closely with the Enterprise and Chief Architect on large Cloud platforms and Security projects.
The Solutions Architects are responsible for the creation and development of the all the solutions architectures and delivery of the technical designs for each project initiative specified within the business units and/or divisions.
Driving the digital and technology transformation, mapping and aligning business requirements and systems/technical requirements to fit-for-purpose design outcomes, ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and framework.
ResponsibilitiesDevelops the creation of architectures including the technical designs and solutions associated with the program or project, ensuring deliverables align to Enterprise Architecture framework, principles, and governance processes. Ensure solutions align to the strategic direction for technology investments, and ensuring that solutions are developed, are tested, and implemented accordingly in-line with the technology roadmap Work with the internal program and project resources, such as other solutions architects, developers and development teamsExperience
Minimum five years' experience in solutions architecture and design Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of TOGAF (certification in TOGAF or equivalent) Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Digital technology and development; and Service Orientated Architecture (SOA). Integration architecture experience including iPaaS, API Gateways, ETL, ESB and related technologies (e.g., REST, JSON, etc). Prior experience in AWS, Azure, and/or Google cloud services.
