Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Software Developer to join our team on a 36-month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, and maintain software systems and applications with high performance standards.
  • Create new software applications or modify existing ones to meet specific client requirements.
  • Develop and implement solutions using various programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Ensure software quality through rigorous testing at all stages of development.
  • Continuously monitor and improve software performance by identifying bugs and implementing enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment, including technical documentation and communication skills.
  • Relevant SFIA (v.9) skills, including Data Management Level 4, Software Configuration Level 5, Programming/Software Development Level 5, Systems and Software Lifecycle Engineering Level 5, Software Design Level 4, and Systems Design Level 4.
  • Australian citizenship and willingness to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance for working with classified information.
