This role is perfect for a highly organised and forward thinking individual who can take initiative when completing tasks.

  • Coordinating travel arrangements, business meetings, manuscript submissions and employee onboarding activities will be key responsibilities.
  • Event planning, scheduling and logistics management for workshops and meetings will also be required. Meeting minutes will need to be recorded and distributed as necessary.
  • Managing credit card acquittals and purchasing for business activities will be essential.
  • Diary and inbox management, including task coordination to support Research Program Directors will also be a key responsibility.
  • Managing a shared email inbox, handling enquiries and requests will also be part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
