Business Operations Support Role

This is a critical support position that provides administrative, financial and business management services to the Customer Strategy and Communications division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, business coordination or office management, with demonstrated experience in financial management, procurement and contract processes.

Key responsibilities include managing the workload of the CSAC administration team, leading the delivery of high-quality administrative support, preparing and reviewing internal and external reports, drafting contracts and procurement documents, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring, providing governance and meeting support, developing and maintaining administrative systems, undertaking research and analysis, and performing the role of Divisional Risk Coordinator (DRC).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in administration, business coordination or office management.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial management, procurement and contract processes.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
  • Experience supporting governance, risk or compliance activities is desirable.
