Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Our practice is renowned for delivering exceptional results in high-stakes commercial disputes.

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our team, preferably at Associate or Senior Associate level. You will work closely with our clients, including international and Australian corporations, to resolve complex matters related to shareholder disputes, contractual issues, consumer law, and intellectual property.

This role offers a diverse portfolio of cases across multiple jurisdictions, providing opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, mentorship, and open communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting for clients in commercial disputes, including corporations and shareholder matters, contractual disputes, Australian Consumer Law issues, and contested intellectual property matters.
  • Working on top-tier matters with a national client base, providing strategic advice and representation.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in law (e.g., LLB or JD).
  • Admission to the legal profession in Australia (or eligibility for admission).
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
