The role Based in their Sydney office, they are seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer to join their Restructuring and Special Situations Group.
You'll provide invaluable market knowledge to top clients who may be facing distress, need for a turnaround or managing major corporate collapse.
The team is seeking a junior lawyer with front end advisory and/or contentious experience with a commercially focussed approach.
The ideal candidate will have to be a team player with strong technical skills to succeed in this role.
About you You will have 2+ years PAE working on restructuring and insolvency matters either from an advisory or contentious law firm practice.
Additionally, you will have the ability to: Articulately lead negotiations with counterparts, Draft and review transactional legal documentation and agreements, Build relationships with clients in a thoughtful way, Pay attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
