Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Branch Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration of branch operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inventory management, storage, and ordering to maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of essential items.
  • Support medication management by ensuring correct storage, usage, and disposal of medications and oxygen cylinders.
  • Monitor vehicle and equipment compliance, including daily checks, defect reporting, repairs, fuel card placement, and tagging of faulty equipment.
  • Oversee infection control measures such as cleaning programs, mop and linen storage, and safe handling of chemicals and clinical waste.
  • Conduct audits, maintain documentation, and signage, manage downtime duties, and ensure compliance with privacy and paperwork protocols.
  • Act as a delegate for the Regional Manager, lead staff meetings, assist with training, and provide regular updates and reports on branch performance.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and positive collaboration with colleagues at all times.
  • Be highly organized, deadline-driven, and motivated by achieving outcomes through effective prioritization.
  • Hold satisfactory completion of safety screening, including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.
