About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to patients, families, and caregivers. They will demonstrate expertise in various areas, including LGBTQ+ issues, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and implementing educational programs to promote health and wellness
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Providing psychotherapy and psychosocial interventions to support patients
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Masters Degree in Social Work or related field
- Current Ohio LISW License
- One year of clinical social work experience preferred
