Clinical Mental Health Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join its clinical treatment team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, along with current licensure as an LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LICDC or equivalent combination of education, experience and licensure.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Behavioral Therapist to work effectively within our clinical team environment. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to adapt to changing reimbursement targets while providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to patients suffering from mental health disorders and substance use issues.
- Conduct thorough psychiatric diagnostic assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Establish seamless care delivery through collaborative efforts with medical professionals, students and volunteers.
- Engage actively in policy development, data collection, peer review, supervision and training.
- Proven ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using DSM-V and Cognitive/Behavior Group Therapy skills.
- Capacity to adapt to changing reimbursement and managed care targets.
This is a full-time position requiring sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
The organization offers a competitive salary range of $30.60-$45.90 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
