Job Overview

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner plays a pivotal role in the Urgent Treatment Centre, providing high-quality care to patients and supporting colleagues.

As part of our team, you will be supported to develop expert professional and independent clinical skills, enabling seamless patient care under clinical supervision.

Key responsibilities include assessing and treating patients with complex and/or chronic illnesses and/or injury; determining clinical diagnoses, treatment, and discharge plans while maintaining accurate patient records.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse or Allied Health Professional to join us as a trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner.

You will work towards successfully completing the Advanced Practitioner MSc programme in line with the Trust framework for advanced practice and your primary professional regulatory body.
