We invite new graduates and early-career social workers to join us in supporting patients and families through their health journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interventions to patients across the hospital, including medical and surgical wards, and emergency departments
  • Collaborate with a small and supportive team, contributing your unique skills and insights to create a collaborative and nurturing work environment
  • Develop a deeper understanding of NDIS and RACF processes, support patients with complex care needs, and be organized and flexible in your approach
  • Document clearly on your interventions and patient care plans, communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, and hand over patients requiring follow-up

What You'll Need:

  • A minimum bachelor's degree in social work that provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the relevant authorities
