The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to join our Operational Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for the effective development and execution of our global sales strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes and a track record of process improvement. They will also have experience in managing complex and diverse markets with a strong focus on driving results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy that aligns with Globe 24-7's growth strategy
- Lead the optimization and standardization of sales processes across all regions
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure sales strategy is fully integrated and drives growth
- Monitor and manage sales performance across all regions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and implementing sales strategies globally
- Strong understanding of sales processes and a track record of process improvement
- Experience in managing complex and diverse markets with a strong focus on driving results
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
