We are looking for a professional who can deliver high-quality results while working collaboratively as part of a team to provide leadership in structural design on significant building projects.

Main Responsibilities:">
  • Manage selected projects, overseeing resource allocation and ensuring the integrity of the overall design.
  • Pursue new opportunities with clients through project work by building relationships.
  • Guide the project team, promoting awareness of technical and commercial risk, mitigation strategies, and best value design options.

Requirements">

Demonstrated experience in leading structural design for buildings across sectors.

  • Proven ability to use ETABS, RAPT, and SPACEGASS design software.
  • Demonstrated acumen in technical, commercial, and delivery aspects, managing inter-disciplinary design interfaces and/or projects.
  • Strong influencing, motivating, and delegation skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale projects to clients through all phases.
