Our organisation is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to drive impactful change and communications within our large-scale cyber security program.
This 12-month contract offers hybrid working arrangements in Newcastle, providing an excellent work-life balance. We're looking for someone with expertise in developing and implementing change management strategies that foster adoption and minimal resistance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, cyber security, or compliance/regulatory projects and possess exceptional communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.

- A strong understanding of stakeholder management and collaboration is essential.
